greetings from Oaklnad International Airport! I just got through security check and had to make mention of somethings:
1) I hate this airport. Seriously.
2) Apparently, yogurt, peanut butter, honey and jam in one's carry-ons (even less than 3oz) make you a goddamned terrorist. I questioned the TSA guy about the terrorist connection between Peanut butter, yogurt and Al Qaeda and he assured me that peanut butter was, in fact, a terrorist agent. So now you guys know. He was even nice about my inquiry.
3) Seriously, 8.50$ for a fucking half of a sandwhich? what, is it laced with platinum? No way, buddy.
4) AFTER the way huge line and the incident involving peanut butter, and some girl who didn't understand that lotion qualified as a liquid and some navy vet who left his bag, but who thankfully remembered it and came back, saving the TSA some paperwork and the rest of us 6 hours, I finally got to go through the metal detector- 5 fucking times. Because I had a belt. and a watch. and a cell phone in my pocket. And a brain. All of which, ladies and gentlemen, indicate that I am a goddamned terrorist. They didn't even pull me aside and wand me, which i could have handled and that would have been fine (I even look like a terrorist - I get it from my dad) but nooooo i had to go back and forth a million times, holding up everyone beside me.
5) And check this, and this ticks me off, really, there was a lady in a friggin wheelchair in front of me who they made walk through the metal detector. Yes, you read that correctly. I fucking hate TSA. Yes, I know it's their job, but honestly, they could be nice about it, or at least not be fucking dicks. All I ask is that people not be complete fucking dicks to the elderly and disabled. I dont think it's much to ask to be nice to old people, is it?
6) This is getting posted later cause Oakland wanted to charge me a bajillion dollars to get onto the internets.
